A 60th BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION AT THE WALLACE COLLECTION
The stunning Wallace Collection was the venue for this private 60th dinner in the Winter of 2022.
The brief was ‘wintry and whimsical’ with an elegant dinner.
Our chefs created a bespoke menu for sharing: miso-sesame glazed eggplant, quail with molasses and rose petals, wood fired chalk stream trout with herbs and aioli. Side dishes were grilled heritage carrots with crushed seed, saffron rice, caramelized onions, golden raisins and parsley, and butter lettuce salad.
Whimsical winter trays of miniature desserts were offered to share; matcha tea and pistachio parfait, black cherry streusel disguised as mushroom, blackberry and sesame pebbles and edible buckwheat and maple twigs.
