Jens Nisson’s career spans some of the best events, most prestigious venues and most celebrated restaurants around the world. Having trained in London under Michelin starred chefs Marco Pierre White, Phillip Howard and John Christophe Novelli, he worked as executive chef for Royal Opera House and D&D London, and gained invaluable expertise during his stint as head chef for Alison Price and Company.
Influenced by some of the culinary traditions of his Danish heritage, Jens utilises an intelligent approach to cooking and sourcing the very best of natural ingredients. He is passionate about research and experimentation, employing cutting edge techniques combined with traditional methods such foraging and brewing.
