Highlights from our recent magic event in Dublin included: a steampunk carvery complete with Suckling pigs with apple foam and crunchy pork popcorn, Carved chicken with pea puree tubes and Lamb lollipops with minted bubbles. The Alice in Wonderland dessert station (pictured) included Liquid crystal balls, Magic mushroom macarons, Black magic lollipops and Hot/cold chilli chocolate tincture.
“The food was really outstanding,” remarked Stephanie Gray from Principal Global Events, “The client has really praised the food and everyone keeps saying that this was their best ever conference… I appreciate this was a tough gig being so last minute but you didn’t let this faze you which put confidence in us.”
