We are thrilled to join the Science Museum’s highly coveted list of approved caterers for another three years.
The UK’s most popular destination dedicated to science, technology, engineering, medicine, design and enterprise, the Science Museum inspires and delights over three million visitors a year. With public engagement as a key focus, the Museum provides an unparalleled opportunity to view historical objects alongside cutting-edge technology and interact with contemporary science news and debate, helping visitors make sense of the science that shapes their lives and to inspire the next generation of scientists.
As one of London’s most engaging and flexible venues, the Museum is perfect for events including gala dinners, corporate receptions, award ceremonies, product launches, parties, conferences, exhibitions, press briefings, film premieres and team-building activities. Science Museum boasts an incomparable range of inventive and interactive galleries, as diverse in size as subject matter, a 700 square metre blank-canvas space and a 414-seat IMAX Theatre which are available for daytime or evening hire, in addition to its smaller dedicated daytime conference facilities such as the elegant Directors Suite.
The Museum’s Energy Hall accommodates up to 500 and brings together Britain’s engineering achievements, past and present, with unique branding opportunities such as the LED display on the dramatic Energy Ring which is suspended over the atrium. The atmospheric Exploring Space gallery offers guests the opportunity to discover real spacecraft, before they head into the Making the Modern World gallery with its iconic exhibits including the world famous steam locomotive, Stephenson’s Rocket, the Apollo 10 command module and a variety of fascinating vehicles and aeroplanes. Further incredible icons of aviation history can be found in the Museum’s captivating Flight gallery, designed as a replica aircraft hangar, a perfect space for dinner and dancing for up to 350. The interactive Wellcome Wing can accommodate in excess of 1000 guests in its award-winning futuristic spaces which are dedicated to sharing the latest breakthroughs in science, medicine and technology, exploring brain science and genetics, climate change and future technologies, alongside an exciting programme of temporary exhibitions.
“We are absolutely thrilled to be listed at the Science Museum again. Where else can you hold a dinner party under a real space rocket after learning about what makes all individuals unique or marvelling at hundreds of years of human ingenuity?” commented Bubble MD, Michael Collins, “Not only is the Museum a national treasure, keenly celebrated by eminent scientists and the general public alike (a breadth of appeal which few such institutions are successful in generating), but it also offers an inspirational backdrop for truly unique and thought-provoking events. Of course, Bubble’s innovative and dynamic approach fits perfectly with the nature of the Science Museum and we can’t wait to create more ground-breaking events in the future.”
