Bubble was thrilled to be featured in Channel 4’s World’s Most Expensive Food which aired on 26 November. The programme followed exclusive suppliers catering to the world’s most discerning clientele and focussed upon Bubble’s expertise in creating theatrical and highly memorable experiences.
The cameras followed us creating an exclusive multi-sensory dinner party in a private residence. Dinner included amuse-bouche, Umami Bomb, electric button, miniature edible menu, and indulgent starter, King crab capellini, oscietra caviar, gold leaf. Stealing the show was our cheeky interactive woodland offering, Truffle Hunting, whereby guests foraged in autumn leaves for smoked ham beignets whilst listening to the sound of snorting pigs. Delicious, but most importantly, lots of fun!
