A SUMMER WEDDING AT KENSINGTON PALACE

This was a beautiful summer wedding for our clients at Kensington Palace. After enjoying reception drinks in the Pavilion, the bride and groom walked through the famous sunken garden for their blessing outside The Hub, overlooking the King William III statue.

Something not been seen before was the ring bearer – the bridge and groom’s beautiful golden retriever!

We created a light summer menu for the wedding breakfast with a starter of chilled ricotta, beetroot, rose, dill and salted pistachio. Guests had a choice of heritage beef fillet, wasabi mash and unami crisp or roast halibut, truffled creamed potato, morel, asparagus and Champagne. A summer pea fritter with pomegranate dressing was the vegetarian option.

We created a pavlova dessert station with mini options to reflect the happy couple’s stylish giant Pavlova wedding cake.

Stunning floristry throughout was supplied by Larry Walsh spilling out of huge urns with plenty of green foliage.
