Kicking off with Black Forest Martinis or Glowing Vespers, and canapés such as Spiced pork belly with orange and sage jelly or Walnut bread with stilton and mulled wine pear, guests can head over to our Christmas bowl food café for Caramelised scallops with saffron velouté, Wild mushroom, winter truffle and barley risotto or Slow cooked lamb, sweet potato mash and mole sauce, followed by Chocolate mousse with cointreau glaze.
