Our festive menus are proving very popular, with treats such as Pan-fried wild salmon on crushed potatoes with a Champagne and dill sauce, Parmesan, winter truffle and quince cones (v) and Christmas trifle shots. And no celebration is complete without a Snowing Black Forest Martini, Hot spiced cider in a pewter tankard or our famous Mince Pie Soda.
