Held in Glaziers Hall’s River Room, this sumptuous 9 course immersive multi-sensory dinner began with interactive canapés and Nyetimber with rhubarb pearls. View highlights from the evening at the Bubble vimeo page here.
Guests foraged amongst the table-centre for their amuse-bouche, followed by a sensory hug: Cream of mushroom soup in a fur covered cup, flickering fire lighting and the sounds of a roaring fire, a ticking clock and a purring cat.
Desserts featured ‘Wasp Ice-cream’ with buzzing bees sounds and bright sunlight and ‘Bake Off’ – Mini mixing bowls with coconut flour, malted chocolate parfait and shortbread spoon, into which flour-dusted chefs cracked ‘eggs’ against the soundscape of a traditional country kitchen. The dinner concluded with ‘Smoked Cigars’ petit fours and espresso, complemented by twilight lighting and sounds of a bustling Italian café at night.
