Canapés to start: King prawns with lobster bisque sand & samphire, Puy lentil mini burger with crispy shallots & thyme sauce (v) or Miso marinated pork belly with wasabi toffee. Finishing with Szechuan strawberry cubes & minted crème fraiche or Smoked chocolate & aged whisky truffles.
Bubble’s bowls: Piquillo carpaccio with olive dust, goat’s cheese & almonds (v), Braised seabass with pea mash, amaranth & summer truffle jus or Serrano ham with figs, melon caviar, olives & Pedro Ximenes dressing. Followed by Roasted pineapple & liquorish trifle or Chilli infused chocolate pots with cherry, Bubble will put a smile on every face!
