A LUXURY LAUNCH AT WESTMINSTER ABBEY
We were honoured to provide the catering for Bulgari for the launch of a new product at Westminster Abbey Cloisters for 160 guests.
We served canapes on arrival followed by a seated dinner. The starter was created especially for this event – The apple and the serpent; burrata, apple, celeriac and a serpent scroll, followed by roast halibut, truffle creamed potato, morel, asparagus, and a dessert of Champagne
Pavlova, roasted peaches with thyme, amaretti and Tahitian vanilla cream with silver leaf.
