EVIL ELEGANCE AT THE WALLACE COLLECTION

Our brief was to make this Halloween event ‘elegantly evil’. That’s a challenge we can rise to with aplomb. Our creative team got to work and created bespoke menus with spooky canape decking to serve.

Chicken wraps were served from a book of spells, Foreman’s smoked salmon with lemon and charcoal was served on glowing embers and BBQ paneer Bhaji burgers were hidden in a spooky graveyard mist.

Following a seated dinner, we opened a mini-dessert station for guest to graze whilst enjoying the party, offering chocolate and kirsch mousse with black chocolate wings, ghost macaroon pops, ghoulish chocolate eyeballs and zombie brains.
