iOBJECT AT THE BRITISH MUSEUM

An evening at the British Museum that showcased the other side of history, as somebody wise once said, history is just one thing after another, where ‘the winners’ control the story. But, in the I Object exhibition, Ian Hislop set out to investigate what others had to say, the forgotten, the protesters who left their marks on objects. When Bubble received the brief, we decided to incorporate the style of the exhibition into our food by creating unique canape trays that would speak volumes to guests. Our savoury rosemary and ginger biscuits were displayed on boards with messages that reflected today’s current issues.
