BARBIE’S 60TH BIRTHDAY

In October 2018 we were delighted to cater for Barbie’s 60th Anniversary. A fun filled event with lots of creative preparation to ensure our food was delivered in a stylish way to showcase an iconic brand. Our client Mattel requested themed canapes for a standing reception of 250 people at the exclusive Saatchi Gallery in Chelsea. Bubble created a range of custom canape trays, pictured above is our vegan sprouting vegetable taco with pea shoots, broad beans, smashed peas and salsa negra. The menu also included a black fig and ricotta sable, an organic salmon crudo, a chilli beef bao, smoked melon tartare, a white chocolate, coconut and mango bubble and a caramel and passion fruit twisted Barbie pink lollipop. Overall Bubble received high praises from Mattel and we’re glad to have worked with them on another successful event.
