Our biggest event of September 2018 served over 800 guests from celebrity personalities, professional football players, industry personnel and beyond. We showcased a number of our unique food stations and launched a few new ones. Our food stations included a sushi station, a Brick Lane station featuring Indian inspired curries, our dairy cheese station with a selection of British sourced cheeses, accompanied with quince jelly and a variety of crackers and bread, a Japanese fusion barbeque station with select rare breed prime cuts from small UK farms slow roasted, glazed and carved to order, the menu included tare glazed beef ribs, black truffle duck breast and lamb anticuchos. Our interactive build your own macaroon station with flavors that included raspberry, chocolate and vanilla shells, fillings such as yuzu, pistachio, mandarin and passion fruit, finished off with a spritz of either rose water, orange blossom or lavender. Another new addition to our food stations was our nitrogen ice cream station with lemon sorbet or popcorn
gelato with a variety of toppings.
