Their Royal Highness’s The Duke of Cambridge and The Duke of Sussex took to the polo field on July 10th to play in the 2019 King Power Royal Charity Polo Day, to raise awareness and funds for fifteen of the charities supported by Their Royal Highness’s.

The fundraising event took place at Billingbear Polo Club, in Berkshire and brought together distinguished guests from around the world showing their support for these worthwhile charities. Bubble Food was proud to be a sponsor for the King Power Royal Charity Polo Day where we served a three course lunch and afternoon tea. For lunch we served a summer vegetable, quail egg, truffle and roast chicken dressing start with two options for the main course; roast goosenargh chicken breast, crushed potato, leek vinaigrette, mustard greens, hay-infused buttermilk. The alternative serve was bbq beef fillet, pommes allumettes, corn, butterbean, nasturtium leaf, white miso emulsion and to finish an english strawberry mille feuille, rose petal, strawberry sorbet. Bubble enjoyed the day and were happy to be able to support the Royal Family to raise money for charities near and dear to them.
