TOPPING OUT CEREMOMY AT KENSINGTON PALACE
This was a ‘topping’ out event to celebrate the completion of a luxury residential development overlooking Kensington Gardens. The 250 guests didn’t have to walk far to the venue for the celebration in the Pavilion in Kensington Palace.
Our brief was to bring the gardens into the Pavilion with food stations all decorated with garden ideas.
Our favourite was the featured beehive dessert station which included pistachio and orange blossom macarons, ‘Lemons’ made with limoncello ganache and poached Amalfi lemon and ‘The Mushroom’ made with white chocolate strawberry and hazelnut streusel.
