Bubble has been very busy with the loveliest of wedding celebrations so far this season. Here’s a sneaky peek of a recent dessert station for a wonderful wedding held at the gorgeous Garden Museum, featuring Elderflower and summer berry jellies, Bitter chocolate tart with confit ginger, Lemon posset and black pepper shortbread and Pimms macaron ‘pops’.
