Marian Goodman after-party at Somerset House
A high profile after-party for the Marian Goodman Gallery, the brief for this event was to create a menu which encompassed British comfort food with a Japanese twist. Guests were greeted with Shochikubai Shirakabegura sparkling sake and canapés such as Umami bomb: aubergine, radish, electric button, and Tar tar crisps, pulled beef, foie gras, katsu…
